Mix 3/4 cup dried lavender buds with 3/4 cup flaxseed. Fill the pillow case with the mixture. Turn under the raw edges of the open end of the pillow 1/4” and sew the opening closed. To use, lay the pillow across your eyes to relieve stress headaches, or warm it in the microwave and wrap it around your neck to reduce tension. If you chill it in the freezer, it can be used to reduce puffiness around the eyes. To help your eye pillow retain its fragrance longer, store in a zipper-type plastic bag when not in use. Squeeze the pillow gently to release more lavender fragrance.
